DIY: Ribon Zen-in Send-in Offers

Unfortunately, Shueisha has decided to stop overseas zenin orders. It is understandable, as they were probably losing money on it. Probably the number of overseas orders is not significant to their total sales, so I doubt they will change things back to regain foreign customers lost because of zenin. I will take down this page in a few months so that people have time to read this.
